Peterson After School Farm Club
Peterson Farm Club meets Tuesdays from 2:45-4:00 PM in the education Garden
Over the past few months Peterson Farm Club has been diving deep into the soil and
having a blast. We have created a new garden at Peterson, “the Triangle”, been running a
weekly farm stand selling produce grown in the education garden, expressing ourselves
through noise, and cooking delicious meals using freshly harvested vegetables from
the garden One of our highlights has been our Thanksgiving meal that consisted of
roasted garlic butternut squash, roasted pumkin seeds, kale salad, sauteed beets and
potatoes with fresh farm eggs, and kale salad. Simply Wonderful!!!
