Homeschool Programs
Class Structure
Each day the children will explore, work and connect with the farm. We will get in the gardens and fields and help the farmers plant, weed and harvest crops of the season as well as tend our very own children’s garden. Some days we will feed the chickens, look for nests, cook a delicious snack. There will always be time to play games, create art, and share stories. This is a beautiful opportunity for the children to connect with a place and food source on a continuous basis.
Mentoring Philosophy
We recognize that when children and adults have a deep connection to the natural world they began to exhibit symptoms of naturalness that manifest as increased ability for empathy, heightened learning abilities, increased vitality and joy of life, and a deeper appreciation of nature, family and community. We believe that education should connect people to themselves, each other and the land.

Age: 5-7 year olds (parent participation required)
Time: 10am-1pm
Dates: March 11th, 18th, 25th; April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, May 6th, 13th, 20th
